EVENT DETAILS
WHAT: Live film screenings and musical performances from Nova’s creative community. Open to anyone with a relative connection to Nova Classical Academy. Nova Alumni are encouraged to participate!
WHEN: Friday, May 1, 2026
WHERE: Nova Great Hall 4-9PM
SCHEDULE: Load-in 3pm, Doors open 4pm with open stage. Planned music officially starts at 4:30pm.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please complete this form and submit a sample/link of your film or music.
Submissions will be accepted until April 1st or event capacity reached.

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS: . MOV, .MP4, .MPG, .WMV or URL LINK
All film / music content must be appropriate for family audience.
Maximum musical set: 20 minutes; max film run time: 10 minutes. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
PA sound system/projector provided.
While there is no monetary compensation, each participant will receive free event admission, food tickets and event swag, including an official Supernova 2026 T-Shirt.
All musical gear is the sole responsibility of the owner and use of it at the event is at their discretion.

Supernova Committee Members hold no liability for damaged/lost gear.
